This Meeting Could Have Been An Email
If it must be a meeting make sure it checks all the boxes:
Only schedule them if they are needed
No "this could have been an email" meetings
Someone needs to lead the meeting
Set (at least) a high-level agenda
Make sure people don't take up too much oxygen
Takes notes so people know what the follow up is
Now when to end the meeting if it's no longer productive
Be smart with your words
Save the "to piggyback off" comments
If you need to sidebar with someone, do that privately
Do your homework and be prepared
Do what you're tasked with after the meeting
